The structure here is the one that holds up in real deals: acknowledge the objection so they stop defending it, isolate it so you're solving the real blocker and not a decoy, reframe it against something concrete (cost of the problem, a smaller scope, their boss's actual metric), and advance to a specific next step with a date on it.
