About this tool
A straightforward invoice builder that gets the numbers right. With INR selected and your GSTIN filled in, the tax section switches to proper GST: CGST + SGST split for same-state invoices or IGST for inter-state, at the standard 5 / 12 / 18 / 28% slabs, and the grand total is written out in words using the Indian crore/lakh system. For USD, EUR, and GBP a plain tax-percentage field applies instead. Discounts can be a percentage of the subtotal or a flat amount, and tax is always calculated on the post-discount taxable value.
"Print / Save as PDF" uses your browser's own print dialog — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination and you get a clean, paper-ready PDF with only the invoice on it. That is deliberate: no server-side PDF engine means nothing to upload. Your business details, line items, and even the logo are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device, so your next invoice starts pre-filled. Nothing you type ever leaves the page.
