Email Follow-up Sequence Planner

Most replies come from follow-ups, not the first email — but every touch needs a different reason to exist. Pick your touches, goal, and start date; get dated sends, an angle per touch, and a template line for each.

About this tool

The spacing here (days 0, 2, 5, 9, 14, 21, 30) widens deliberately: early touches catch a busy inbox, later ones respect that silence usually means "not now" rather than "never". More important than timing is that no touch repeats the last one — a bump can be two lines, but touch three needs a genuinely new reason to appear (a case study, a different angle), touch four should probably leave email entirely, and the last one closes the loop like an adult instead of "just circling back" into the void. The template lines are starting points; the sequence dies the moment it smells automated.

Everything is computed in your browser — the schedule, the Markdown, and the CSV are all generated locally. No prospect names, dates, or plans are sent to or stored on any server.
