Grades a cold email the way it actually gets judged: first by a spam filter (trigger words, link density), then by a human skimming on a phone (length, reading level, one clear question, one clear ask), and finally by the only test that matters — is this email about them or about you? The weights favor deliverability and skimmability over cleverness. A body of 50–125 words, written at roughly an 8th-grade reading level, with more "you" than "I/we", one or two links at most, and a single low-friction CTA is the shape that survives contact with a real inbox.
