About this tool
The score is a weighted checklist of things that consistently correlate with clicks: 6–12 words, under 60 characters so Google doesn't truncate the title, at least one power word and one emotional word (matched against curated word lists), a healthy share of uncommon words, and structural bonuses for starting with a number or including a bracketed clarifier. It's a heuristic, not a crystal ball — a 90 won't save a boring post, and great headlines occasionally score 60.
Your headline never leaves the page — there is no server, no upload, and no tracking of tool inputs. Scoring happens entirely in your browser with plain JavaScript.
